Our e-store ryetee.com gives you the option to pay for your order in the following ways:
1. With debit / credit card
You can pay your order with any credit or debit card, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Visa.
The option for the payment of your order with a credit card , debit or prepaid card is completed in a completely safe and controlled environment by Piraeus bank itself, in order to ensure the confidentiality of the data of the transaction. Your card details are not stored, in any case of the systems of ryetee.com.
Electronic transactions in our company is carried out in accordance with the international safety protocols. The platform ePOS and the services Payment Link and Live-Pay fully support the security protocol 3D-Secure.
So, we have to protect the online payments make our customers with a card in our company.
All of your transactions with our store are protected from online security systems (SSL-256 bit) which guarantee a secure transaction environment.

In case you choose to pay with credit card you must be present at the receipt of your order with your credit card and your identity. After the end of 2 working days, and if not completed the bank deposit, the order will be cancelled automatically and the products contained in this released. If you have submitted an order with a choice of payment bank deposit for any reason you need more than 2 business days for the completion of the deposit, please contact us so that we can help you.
Possible bank money transfer costs shall be borne by the customer.
Please in the etiology of the deposit, please include your order number and your name.
After the deposit, please send us a new email with the proof of deposit to avoid any delay in shipment of your order.
3. Cash On delivery
You pay the order value in cash at delivery.
Cash on delivery orders are charged €3 (SPEEDEX Cash on Delivery Fee), in addition to shipping costs

Preparation of the Order
The time required for the preparation and shipment of your order is 1 business day (Monday to Friday – Excluding Weekends and public holidays). Orders that will be made up to 14:00 are sent from our store the same day when all products are available.
Shipment of your order
Shipments of the products of our online store are carried out with the courier company registered in Greece.
Land Destinations
The basic shipping cost is €3 for orders weighing up to 2 kg.
Hard-To-Reach Areas
For shipments to hard-to-reach areas, the basic shipping cost is €4 for orders up to 2 kg in weight.
The delivery time is 2-3 days for the main mainland Greece.
Shipments to remote areas are delivered within 2-3 days from the specified delivery time.
The consignments are in the world.

Shipping abroad
All of our products are sent to all the foreign countries .Delivery is carried out by courier DHL.
The delivery cost is calculated automatically when you enter your address.
